Our work together has become an iterative architecture practice rather than a simple question-and-answer workflow. Stephen typically begins with a real problem, partial data, or an unconventional idea and pushes it through multiple levels of refinement: first principles, variables, algorithms, economics, implementation detail, visuals, and ultimately a usable artifact.

The recurring pattern is hypothesis → model → challenge → refine → operationalize.
