These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Atlas website, demonstrations, project materials, models, tools, and related communications made available through this site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
Atlas presents examples of architecture, transformation modeling, software concepts, analytical frameworks, prototypes, and related professional work. Content is provided for informational, educational, demonstration, and business-development purposes unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. No Professional or Financial Guarantee
Atlas materials may include estimates, forecasts, architecture patterns, cost models, technical recommendations, or examples. They are not guarantees of performance, savings, revenue, investment return, legal compliance, security, availability, or business outcome. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service unless specifically disclosed where permitted by law. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
